The site has masterplan consent, permitting buildings up to a total of c.50,000 square metres.
5 development phases are planned. The Nexus and Arise buildings within Phase 1 are already complete. Occupiers include UKHSA, Renesas and ARU.
The Phase 2 MODUS buildings are mid tech advanced manufacturing spaces and are now completed with SMARTKAS and Xylem soon to occupy space.
Phases 3 to 5 are available for discussion with investors comprising in total around 40,000 square metres.
