Sector and market opportunity
Harlow is home to a growing number of science and technology businesses. Organisations including Raytheon, Pearson, and Arrow Electronics are located nearby on Kao Park within the Harlow Enterprise Zone.
Harlow will host the UK Health Security Agency’s £400 million national science hub, anticipated to generate significant supply chain opportunities. Harlow Innovation Park is supported with Enterprise Zone Status and has been granted a Local Development Order for efficient delivery.
