UnifAI Technology is a UK registered SME with a mission to make AI accessible to everyone for real world applications without the need for specialist data science skills.

In April 2022, UnifAI Technology won a competitive tender to supply our AI Digital Reader for point of care diagnostic tests to the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA). This uses cloud-based AI to turn a typical smartphone onto a medical device for the accurate reading of lateral flow diagnostic tests. We are currently the sole provider of AI for the UK Test and Trace Programme for this purpose.

Beyond digital diagnostics, we are working with some of the most innovative medical device startups in the UK. These include Afon Technology, an SME developing a ground-breaking device for real-time, non-invasive blood glucose monitoring; and NuroKor Bioelectronics, an award winning FemTech company developing the next generation of bioelectrical treatment therapeutics for a range of health conditions.

UnifAI Technology is an AI company with a difference. Dedicated to making AI tools more accessible, UnifAI Technology is opening up new sectors to the benefits of AI, often tackling difficult problems that don’t always attracts the headlines, but which can have a disproportionate and positive impact.

For example, we are working with Wessex Water in the UK to monitor the impact of wastewater assets on natural water sources and provide real-time and predictive alerts for pollution and harmful bacteria, recently winning the Digitalisation Project of the Year Award at the UK Water Industry Awards 2022.

Similarly, in infrastructure UnifAI is working with the British Standards Institution (BSI) to develop real-time ESG Digital Assurance tools for monitoring and certifying the performance of assets and infrastructure against standards and other benchmarks. This is a critical capability enabling asset owners to report against Net Zero standards and protect the value of their portfolios.
