This significant and complex project involved a multi-million pound investment, following a strategic review, transaction and subsequent restructuring that triggered employee Consultation obligations in the UK. Gentium ran the employment transfer process (TUPE) to move and establish an airline start-up, operating out of a new Regional Airport HQ, having taken the insolvent Airline out of Administration.

Project complexity extended from simplifying legacy policy and practice to managing external Regulatory and Ministerial approval, which ultimately delivered the successful relaunch of a Regional UK/EU Airline.
