Gentium International were approached by a significant law firm, who were acting on behalf of a very large and well known US based Multi National Employer.
The Employer was experiencing significant and organised employee relations issues, which had the potential to affect the business. The situation warranted a credible, professional and experienced third party to review the situation and work to resolve the matters sensitively and professionally.
