Our Senior Partner, Mark Humphries, was the Head of Advocacy at Linklaters for over 15 years. Most members of the team have worked for extensive periods at Linklaters or other leading City firms such as Simmons and Simmons, Herbert Smith Freehills and Dentons prior to joining Humphries Kerstetter, or have trained in-house. Most team members are solicitor-advocates of the higher courts of England and Wales and are therefore able to appear in court on behalf of clients.
