Innovate Britain is a non-profit organisation and an official endorsing body for the UK Start-up and Innovator visas. Our mission is to channel innovation into the UK economy by supporting the world's finest entrepreneurs to build innovative, viable and scalable businesses.

We're an organisation of 10 staff with experience in investment, entrepreneurship and immigration.

Since 2012 we have supported over 180 UK entrepreneurs through investment or acceleration and facilitated £100m of investment into innovative companies across all regions of the UK.

Our activities are overseen by an independent Advisory Council of 11 leading UK entrepreneurs, investors and government policy experts. They are responsible for ensuring that we act fairly and transparently, alongside helping to assess applications and support businesses related to their individual areas of expertise.
