Cheeky Boy Sauces Export Case Studies 2017, Sweden
In March 2017 DIT invited Cheeky Boy Sauces to attend the International Food Exhibition in London in order to meet the overseas buyers that they had organised to attend.
At the exhibition Cheeky Boy Sauces were tasted and discussed with several food buyers from Australia, South Korea, Sweden and Thailand. Also UKTI staff, food experts were met, to enable further insights into the food business within their country of responsibility.
An interested buyer then requested further samples to be sent to their country.
An order was placed for their Summer season.
The buyer then assisted Cheeky Boy Sauces to produce the correct product labels and with translations.
Production commenced, then packaged and transported to the buyers consolidating logistics hub for export.
4 months process.
All parties were happy & Cheeky Boy Sauces looks forward to repeat business with Vittviks Herrgard AB, Sweden.
