Master Plan and guidance documents for a site of 2,200 ha to provide a framework for a significant mixed use development along the River Ogun. Overall, the master plan will provide a range of residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality and tourist accommodation, together with a 9-hole golf course and supporting institutional and community facilities for a projected permanent population of up to 180,000 residents.
