One of our key clients is a British multinational electricity and gas utility company headquartered in London. Its principal activities are in the United Kingdom and North Eastern United States. Globally this company employs over 27,000 with an assignee population of less than 1% working in the UK, North America and Europe.

This is a fully outsourced solution where we support the in-house global mobility team based in London and in the USA. We manage the end to end mobility programme and all its constituent elements co-ordinating services and service providers. We also handle the compensation elements of this programme. We are responsible for the tax costing calculations and other balance sheet work as well as handling monthly payroll calculations and other remuneration statements. We have been working with this client since 2002 and are currently managing 30 assignees.
