After all our process and intervention, analyzing documents, appointing surveyors, we were able to secure a 60% of the total claimed amount with the carrier and find an agreement between the exporter and cgnee for a discount in the final invoice of 20% due lack of some important documents in origin which affected a better recovery from the carrier. Finally the consignee were able to obtain an indemnization of 80% for the losses.
