Precision Dippings Manufacturing is the very proud UK inventor and manufacturer of Bloccs waterproof cast or dressing protectors for arms and legs. This year the company has been recognised for outstanding results in innovation and won a 2016 Queen’s Award for Enterprise – the UK’s highest accolade for business success. We have also received two manufacturing awards for the design and production of these waterproof plaster cast covers.
Bloccs waterproof plaster cast covers combine our knowhow in making watertight rubber seals used by dry suit manufacturers with our medical market expertise. These reusable rubber cast covers remain watertight when fully submerged in water. Bloccs protectors keep casts and dressings on arms and legs bone dry, making showering, bathing and even swimming possible during recovery.
Operating since 1964 Precision Dippings is ISO9001 certified. The company has high volume manufacturing and packaging facilities. Products are exported worldwide.

Just a note to say many thanks indeed for completely saving the day. We live in Zanzibar, so 5 year old son breaking his arm and daily temperatures of 36 degrees meant not swimming was going to be more than just a problem. The full length arm protector stood up to every challenge – diving, swimming, showering, beach – a great product. Delivered overnight to a UK address for onward sending was also very efficient.
