ASPIRE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT LIMITED

Aspire provided services over a 3.5 year period to the £200m turnover International Healthcare Group with operations across Europe, North America & Australasia spread across 73 sites.
Initially Aspire helped to define the clients business transformation requirements around ERP, HR & CRM related business functions. A number of leading software providers were identified including Microsoft, Oracle, IFS and a search and selection programme was then run with Aspires help.
After shortlisting and conducting final presentations a preferred vendor was chosen. In parallel Aspire was asked to help the client to build the business case to justify the investment which was sanctioned by the Group Board.
Aspire was asked to support the Financial Reporting, CRM and HR workstreams before being asked to take on the programme management for the entire ERP and Target Operating Model transformation programme globally working with the main Group Board, CFO, CIO and HR Director and regional boards.
