Aspire provided project management services to a leading global Technology and Services Group working with the Corporate Development team to integrate a small JV. This involved chairing the bi-weekly project review meetings and working with the corporate development leads for the Legal, Finance, HR , OCM, Corporate Security and IT workstreams to ensure the deal deadline was met. The support involved working with the owners of the JV, their current 3rd Party owners and the group acquiring the 3rd Party owners and consequently the JV.
Major areas addressed included from a HR perspective: Payroll, Benefits, Life Insurance, Pensions, OCM, training, and induction needs; from a Finance perspective: Financial Reporting, Transfer Pricing, Project Management, Contracts, Treasury & Banking; from a Legal perspective: Sale & Purchase agreement, Shareholder Agreement; MOU for future business relations, customer contracts, supplier contract implications as well as IT and Corporate Security needs.
