ASPIRE PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT LIMITED

One of the Leading Top 10 Global Banks managing over $2 Trillion in assets had initiated a Future Core Banking Programme to change 65% of their Business and IT landscape across the country concerned. The programmes progress was of concern to the Global CIO and Country Programme Director and Country Executive Committee. Aspire delivered a short sharp 15 day review of the programmes status.

Aspire provided highly experienced resources to conduct a rapid assessment of status. The team deployed met with many of the clients programme team members from all major business and IT workstreams to listen, discuss and understand the wide range of issues impacting progress.

Aspire delivered a summary of findings report which highlighted a number of recommendations to help get the programme back on track for delivery. The findings were well received by the Programme Director and Global CIO and Aspire were asked to continue to support this major country wide Future Core Banking programme.
