Wahaca, a Mexican street food chain of restaurants based in London, required a "pop-up" restaurant structure which showcased their innovation and quirky décor. Du Boulay Contracts, a industry-leading contractor in the commercial fit our and refurbishment sector of the construction industry, commission S Jones Containers conversion team to support them with the technical design of 8 containers fit together on 2 storeys to provide dining space for 130 people. Working to a tight deadline, the "pop-up" restuarant structure had to progress quickly from concept to completion so it was ready in time for the Golden Jubilee and London Olympics in 2012.
