Park Royal is London’s largest industrial zone and a vital logistics hub, strategically placed to connect goods movements between Heathrow, London and the rest of the UK. Through Government’s investment in HS2, the Old Oak and Park Royal area combined, is one of Britain’s largest regeneration opportunities, with the potential to deliver 25,500 new homes and 65,000 new jobs. OPDC is working to support the area’s future growth, prosperity and transformation, including greener, cleaner streets. Magway could be for logistics, what HS2 is for transport, with the potential to shift the delivery of goods away from roads, reducing pollution and congestion, as well as improving productivity and efficiency.
