The underground part of the facilities, during the summer periods, experienced high levels of humidity when mixed with people working out in there.

At night this humidity condenses, causing moisture to form on the floors, not only did this present a problem in damaging the building materials, but also presented a risk to customers and staff from slips and falls.

Our solution utilised two old cellar vents, both over 100 years old and two foot thick, by creating a custom made second ventilation extraction fan housing, complete with controls.

All necessary measurements were taken on the initial meeting with the client, the solution was fabricated in under a week and then a week later it was installed on site, seamlessly in one day.
