Teacher Development Projects
Working collaboratively with our partners we jointly designed CPD (continuous professional development) programmes. These were piloted and then embedded with the college staff development plans. In many case are still running, piloted and in still running in in Tanzania, South Africa and Tunisia. The courses were a contextualised version of the UK’s in-service, initial training programme piloted and in place in Tanzania, South Africa and Tunisia.
We have delivered teaching and learning projects in: Tanzania, Tunisia, South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, India, UK, Ghana, Philippines, EU, Libya, Morocco, Algeria, Kazakhstan

The task was to focus on Quality of Teaching (Performance Evaluation), CPD and Teacher placement with employers. Afshan was successful in developing and implementing policy to guide performance evaluation, focus on enterprise as an alternative to unemployment, implemented new teaching and employer engagement methodology.
