We received an email from a New Client from Argentina, they required some new parts that were mounted on its existing applications detecting Methane Gas in certain target range which needed replacing, So initially there requirement were for the Honeywell Searchpoint Optima Plus IR Gas Detectors which is what they were using, so they placed the order online through our website, to which we sent an email confirming there requests, we needed them to clarify the target Gas Calibration so that the Searchpoint Optima Plus IR is pre-configured to would work accordingly. So we requested that they check with their technical commissioning team for this, we received the images, there order that they placed initially was an incorrect order to which was a mistake, they had place an order for the Optima Plus which was an ATEX Certification and with HART Configuration, this was incorrect, they needed an Optima Plus UL Certification IR Gas Detector.
