Recruitment of a Project Chemist in Brussels
We met with a large scale client at Chemspec Europe 2019 in Switzerland, where we were exhibiting. They were interested in our ability to efficiently identify top-tier chemists that are usually challenging to locate on the open market.
We took on the vacancy on a no-hire-no-fee basis, so with zero financial risk to our client (as with all of our business) and worked hard to identify candidates in Brussel / North Eastern France and other locations for them.
This lead to us identifying a fantastic new recruit for the business. We faced a few challenges, but found our business systems were perfect for working in overseas markets. Our network, organisation and technical knowledge led to a very efficient process for all.
We are now working on more opportunities with the same client, and look forward to an ongoing successful business relationship with this company, as well as more opportunities such as this in Europe and the USA.
