Veolia are a €100 billion multinational environmental services firm specialising in the delivery of municipal waste management services. Axelisys were tasked with determining whether or not AWS would be a suitable substitute for a 360 server estate including storage and to provide a roadmap for any migration.

Over the course of 1 month, we created a baseline architecture of that portion of the estate and looked at costs. We recommended the future provision remain with the existing provider, but with a view o migrating services piecemeal. Reducing project risks. Our findings were presented in a comprehensive report, which covered all aspects of the platform and provided a roadmap to rearchitect for cloud and move elements in a series or short agile releases.
