R1200 Rotary incinerator plan

Advanced waste treatment facility for Macau.

The R1200 plant, is a fully integrated system boasting an exceptional burn rate of 1200kg per hour. Designed for a variety of waste including, clinical, pharmaceutical, liquid inc solvents, waste oil, shredded tyres and livestock. Each brings its own requirements to ensure clean incineration is achieved.
The rotary principle is defined by a rotating cylindrical primary chamber. This movement breaks down incoming waste by continually unsettling it, whilst the primary chamber burner provides the thermal power required. By adjusting the pitch and angle of the cylinder individual waste types with varying caloric values can be adjusted for the incoming waste stream. This allows for a highly optimised burn time within the primary chamber.
An additional feature is that energy is recovered from the plant via a boiler system which can generate over 4MW of thermal power.
As an island installation, the R1200 is a critical piece of infrastructure for the Macau Government.
