Our client required Japanese consumer diaries, so we led a 2-week online study including:
Analysis of all output: We provided a nuanced, culturally focused understanding of the results in order to guide our client to the optimum actions to take in the Japan market.
Recruitment of participants: Tokyoesque recruited above and beyond the number of required participants within a short timeframe, identifying streamers aged 18-60 who were both fluent English and non-English speakers.
LINE chat transcripts and video recordings: We used LINE rather than Whatsapp, as the most commonly used chat app in Japan, and provided all output translated.
Constant support: Our moderators ensured participants remained engaged, as well as logistical coordination.
