ENVIRONMENTAL TREATMENT CONCEPTS LIMITED

This shows the improved hot water recovery post treatment (53 minutes faster and eventually 7 degrees hotter).

Proving treatment efficacy for EnviroTechnologyVerification

For the efficacy test of the heating system we used temperature data loggers and non-invasive flow meters for measuring system performance both before and after treatment to establish improvement levels.
The hot water recirculating system was treated resulting in reduced scale in hot water generators and removal of corrosion and biofilm within the closed heating system. There was a measured 160.6% improvement in heat transfer in the Hot Water Calorifier. The Local Council provided their gas consumption figures for 5 years and consumption was found to be 17% less than the previous 4 (untreated) years resulting in saving £18,365 per year.
We used the pool operator’s log sheets to analyse the condition and quality of pool water treatment both before and after treatment.
Treatment units were applied to the Swimming Pool’s recirculating water that resulted in reducing chlorine demand with the added benefit of chloramines being held at comfortable levels.

This shows the average annual energy bill before treatment was £107,491 compared to treated being 17% less.

This shows the reduction of harmful Chloramines (combined chlorine) following treatment of the Swimming Pool water
