Provision of Media Training to the Royal Navy and NATO
The course involved training delegates in dealing with the media being the spokesperson providing them with practical TV, radio and live 'down the line' telephone experience. It included formulating key messages and using the ABC - answer-bridge-communicate technique in order to get messages across effectively.
