Prime Contractor Havas Lynx sought specialist suppliers after winning the bid to produce the Care4Today mobile cardiac rehabilitation platform for Buckinghamshire NHS trust. They required a supplier with good agile software development and cutting edge development skills to help them deliver it.
Axelisys applied evolutionary architecture principles and focused heavily on the introduction of secure, automated processes, together with a platform for development.
The Architecture allowed the client to conquer the US and several new UK markets and new opportunities. The fast restructure time and collective empowerment of all staff, reducing costs and working in parallel affording them a significant competitive advantage in further UK NHS bids.
The client can now concentrate on new markets over technical challenges and have applied the same techniques to restructure the platform into new healthcare verticals and new international markets.
