although salt wall dry ageing is becoming the standard practice for most in the meat industry.

As it is a new method, not many people know the best way to keep this system working without avoiding safety & efficiency issues, for example, the safety issue of stacking salt bricks without any stability support or puddles of water appearing due to no drip trays being in place.

We at Saltan have gone that one step further by developing a copyrighted design in which you can place the salt bricks within the frames column system.

keeping it well away from the floor and gives you more air flow around the salt wall giving you a much more efficient solution getting the most out of each and every salt brick.
