Understanding the issues of production and distribution of 360 VR film content the solution we recommended was to embed the videos in the app. Streaming of VR content to mobile devices is dependant on too many external variables and as VR video files are large quality cannot be guaranteed on a given wifi connection.

Mobile devices were chosen as most people carry smartphones and are used to how they work. This is a key issue when looking at ROI as the numbers of potential customers with high end headsets is extremely limited.

The idea was to allow multiple choices to give users a narrative and a journey. However, budget limitations cut that to four choices and that was released on Android and IOS.

Updates to this app is in the pipeline to accommodate new versions of phones and software.
