RSM supported a San Francisco, USA headquartered, AI enhanced data analytics company with the setup of their 100% owned UK subsidiary, as well as with ongoing compliance. The company were already in one EU country, but were unhappy with their provider and were looking to expand these operations into the UK, as well as into further EU countries and APAC. The RSM team in the UK provided Company Secretarial, HR advisory, Payroll, Outsourced Bookkeeping, Accounting, Corporate Tax, Employment Tax and VAT services, to the UK subsidiary and to a further 14 subsidiaries around the world. All these services were delivered or co-ordinated by our local team in the UK, who were working directly with the client’s VP of Finance based in the US. The client is now successfully trading in the UK and EU, with the continued support of RSM UK, and has raised over $4B in funding.
