RSM hosted a virtual event on international expansion, which was attended by the Financial Controller of a NASDAQ listed, California, USA headquartered beauty company. The company had already obtained approval to sell their products in the UK and EU, and were looking to set up 100% owned subsidiaries in the UK and Netherlands. They wanted to hire employees in the UK and had already spoken with an Employer of Record to support them in the UK.
