Using its extensive knowledge of the client’s sector, TNWP developed a microsite, which included a training hub providing continuous access to content, including videos, designed to help improve knowledge and understanding. This enabled international companies to benefit from the client’s experience of technological changes and advances that the UK had already undergone. TNWP worked closely with the client to help cement its relationship with a key global account by providing a vital bespoke training resource. The development of the knowledge hub provided the client with an online channel which was available 24/7 to engineers around the world. This was increasingly seen as indispensable by the key global account and demonstrated the client’s ability to provide bespoke services internationally, whatever the challenge.
