Gift Packaging Commission for Sainsbury's

After spotting Cherith's illustrative designs of iconic British wildlife at trade show Top Drawer in London earlier in January 2016, Sainsbury's commissioned her to design 2 festive shortbread tins to be sold in the gift section of the store in the run up to Christmas of that year.

Favouring her popular stag and highland cow designs Sainsbury's were keen to continue to the Scottish wildlife theme from Christmas tins they had created in the past and so Cherith got to work illustrating 2 designs featuring a Scottish stag and highland cow that would be exclusive to Sainsbury's.

Having already worked in packaging design prior to setting up her business, Cherith is very familiar with the various processes involved in packaging design and tin printing and was able to get the illustrations completed, artworked and approved before sending them off to the tin manufacturers in China in time for an October delivery
