Hewas posted to India by his UK employer during 2016/17.
His work abroad will take him past 6 April 2018, and UK visits will be under 91 days per year.
Within 2 months of becoming a client we had obtained a partial 2016/17 tax refund - getting him £14,000 back,
We then arranged for HMRC to tell his employer to stop deducting UK tax each month. The employer then refunded the 2017/18 tax deducted up to then.
