Mortlake Riverside

Mortlake Riverside is a newly designed waterfront urban district, featuring 1,000,000 sq ft of commercial space and 385,000 sq ft of residential space, aimed at generating hundreds of new jobs in the area. The development spans two sites: the western site will house London's largest and most advanced film studios, along with a new secondary school.
The eastern site will focus on residential spaces, offering prime waterfront residences, along with a new headquarters for a film studio company.
The historic Victorian brewery, a locally listed heritage building, will be repurposed into a cultural hub, complete with an art gallery, cinema, and a Michelin-starred rooftop restaurant.
