2023 Opening of Malvern College Tokyo

In partnership with the Babylon Education Group, Malvern College International (MCI) opened Malvern College Tokyo in September 2023 as the seventh international campus of the Malvern College Family of Schools.

The school embodies the ethos of a Malvern Education, with a commitment to developing role models and future leaders who are global citizens. MCT benefits from Malvern College’s 160-year heritage, academic excellence and a holistic educational model.

MCT is a Candidate School for the Primary Year Programme (PYP) and Middle Year Programme (MYP) and is pursuing authorisation as an International Baccalaureate World School. The school currently accommodates pupils from Years 1-11, extending to Year 13 by 2026 and ultimately providing around 900 places for both Prep and Senior pupils.

Within its first year of opening, MCT pupils were already achieving in a wide variety of fields, both academic and extra-curricular.
