ABP (abbreviated), a medium-scale B2B manufacturing company based in Eastern Europe, produces high-quality, bespoke components for the automotive industry. The company had a local presence and some initial success with smaller UK clients. However, they were struggling to secure larger, long-term contracts with major UK automotive manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers. The language barrier, unfamiliarity with UK business culture, and ineffective presentations and engagements were preventing them from capitalising on expansion opportunities.

ABP took the Executive Programme involving tailored support for the senior leadership team, focusing on strategic language use for high-level negotiations, client meetings, and business development; behavioural science principles, influencing and navigating complex negotiations. A successful new partnerships worth £1.2 million with a leading UK automotive parts distributor was secured and there was an additional 35% increase in routine business.
