The Twin House is a Victorian-terraced home in Battersea, London which involves a full house refurbishment, basement, extension, and loft conversion designed by award-winning practice Dallas-Pierce-Quintero and built by Dobuild - A Chartered Building Company.

Glass and timber framed faces are the “real showstopper”, the property also includes a beautiful and bright basement that brings light from the above.

A sunken courtyard links both homes. Acting as a private in-between space, this is formed by a natural pool of rainwater inspired by the nearby Ladies Pond.
