Reldesk - CRM Software as a Service

We built the Reldesk system from the group up, consulting with all the key stakeholders from independent UK businesses that were initial users, right up to the management team.

Building the full set of requirements and specification, as well as the technical architecture. We then took the full spec carried out the complete software development project, from backend and API development to frontend, as well as integration with various other software platforms such as Xero, Quickbooks, Google and Microsoft.

As a customer relationship management system, flexibility and user experience were key components of the project.
