Security Risk Management - KAFD

Our role was to develop, design, and implement Security Operations System across the city which covered 4.8 million square metres containing 59 structures.

We led on the procurement and compliance management of the contracted security providers across the city to ensure legal and contractual compliance, as well as an ongoing drive to increase the stand of delivery.

The team conducted contract, policy and design reviews in additional support to the client, to ensure the most effective, business enabling approach as the city developed.
