Turning around a struggling clinic

2020 saw the pandemic and a tidal wave of uncertainty sweep through the community. Moonleap were sure to provide extra care and support required in difficult times. We checked in personally, both how the client was doing, but also focusing on business, and how we could best and most strategically utilize the reduced marketing budget – We had to make sure that every penny counted and that the clinic was well positioned to capitalize on opportunities as the world re-opened.
