£15m PPE order awarded to Paragon Health by HSC NI

The Department of Health & Social Care in Northern Ireland wanted to establish a safe and secure supply of PPE that was manufactured locally in Northern Ireland.

Paragon Health was the ideal partner given our extensive manufacturing experience in the healthcare sector. Our sister company, Seating Matters, manufacture and supply therapeutic seating to the NHS in the UK, HSE in Ireland, the Veterans Association in the US as well as healthcare providers in Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Internationally. Paragon Health built a factory and commissioned our production line in just 11 weeks, and now manufacture millions of masks per week. Adding to this, we boosted our local economy, creating 40 highly skilled jobs, designed world-class production processes to compete with any country on the manufacture of PPE. We now manufacture nitrile medical examination gloves further supporting healthcare services with a safe and secure supply of critical PPE.
