Leadership communication for influence

Host was commissioned to train 144 middle managers at a leading global organisation in messaging and presentations skills for influence. We used templates and filmed roleplays to support the coaching in the UK. This was extended to Central European teams where it was also very successful. The coaching was extended to the financial arm of the business due to its success in supporting clear messaging, confident delivery skills and strong Q&A techniques. We were then asked to train all senior executives in media and crisis skills. We currently support spokespeople in communication skills relating to political, shareholder, media and industrial relations issues. Our coaching techniques and templates are trademarked. Extensive feedback reports, filmed roleplays and memory cards containing the theory ensure the training is sustainable. We also work on a 'train the trainer' basis with this organisation.
