IMMIGRATION CASE SUCCESS STORY – Successful Nationality Reconsideration (NR) Application
This case concerned an applicant who applied for naturalisation as a British Citizen but her application was refused as the Home Office was not satisfied that the applicant had met all the requirements under the British Nationality Act 1981 to be granted British Citizenship in the UK. The applicant visited us and we made a Nationality Reconsideration application which was successful and the applicant has now been granted her British Passport.
