Construction of the first British schools in Tajikistan

Cambridge Worldwide Academy opening ceremony led by the president of Tajikistan and the British Ambassador
This is a partnership between CWA and a Tajik partner. The project involved designing the school building to the full brand of CWA, manufacturing some of the furniture to CWA specification, equipping the building, curriculum design, seeking accreditation, employment of staff and full day to day operation of the new CWA Tajikistan.
The project is based on the provision of a turnkey solution. The nursery and primary school opened in September 2018 and secondary school in September 2019. The capacity of the school is 600 students with a maximum of 22 students per class. The school has a state of the art infrastructure which respects British standards. The philosophy of CWA Tajikistan is based on combining its wealth of experience in the British school system with the best features of the Tajik national curriculum. Housed in an environmentally-friendly campus, CWA Tajikistan provides education for children aged 3 to 18.
