Our starting point was to work with the teachers, we found that their managers and leaders found it difficult to support the ‘changed’ teachers, we realised that if we wanted to see changes supported and sustained then it was imperative to include leaders in all aspects of the projects.Once we engaged with leaders at institution level the natural next step was to focus on leaders at regional and national level often culminating in leadership training or dialogue to share good practice and policy maker and ministerial level
