Brushless Motor Controller Optimisation for Vert Rotor

Zikodrive ZDBL15 - 15A Sensorless Brushless Motor Controller capable of being optimised for a range of brushless motors.

In this project we optimised the ZDBL15 controller to deliver the maximum possible performance from Vert Rotor Compressors. By carefully programming the startup and running procedure it was possible to significantly increase the mechanical performance of the compressor whilst at the same time improving energy efficiency and reducing issues such as excess heat in the board and motor.
