Trade Finance
The project proposal in questions Indonesia. The development set to be part of One Road One Belt in China.
They sought to raise the capital via Trade Finance utilizing financial instruments enabling them to release credit line. In partnership with a Barrister Chambers in The City of London who have Clients with capabilities of issuing such instruments, our company travelled to Indonesia in September of 2017 to meet the Board.
The required funding was realised followed back and forth communications between the two parties with the Barrister Chambers liaising to have the transaction concluded. Our Company was presented at all times to help facilitate the transaction and drafting on then required agreements.
The final agreement was sealed in Hong Kong in that November of 2017.
