Digisheds - digital inclusion and employability at scale..

Digisheds - smart digital skills ecosystem
TIN started working in 2015 with the long-term unemployed in Brixton, South London, and young students who were outside of mainstream education in Telford, West Midlands. Ours has been a digital training, transformation and innovation journey. We decided to make it an ethical journey. One which is about doing things better and also about doing good.
We are quite a unique social innovation engine because we use our Digisheds digital skills ecosystem to enable citizens to access life-long learning in their communities. Our ecosystem approach in collaboration with employers, provided the necessary contextual understanding and insight to enable digital inclusion at scale.
This democratizing of access to unbundled digital modules and career pathways enables us to co-design solutions to societal skills challenges. We leverage new technologies to power social mobility, deliver economic sustainability outcomes.

The Prince of Wales champions innovative community programme, backed by Capgemini..
