LiCa Scientific specialises in chemistry and life science roles from bench up to board level
We operate with a strong network of candidates to begin with so are always in '2nd gear' for any projects such as this.
Our method was to first of all get the market understood and interested so we researched our network and beyond using a variety of candidate identification means.
This lead to interested parties in a diverse range of countries and we interviewed and selected a shortlist of candidates from here. The timeline from start-to-offer was short by standards of a headhunting agency, but long by standards of LiCa in 2 months (we aim for 3 weeks in more junior roles).
Our client was very satisfied with our work not least because another such headhunting agency had tried and failed on this exact project.
