IDRIS Tunnel Project in Qatar

Linum Consult was hired to assist an international Tier 1 main contractor on the three-major tunnelling lots of the 45km-long gravity fed interceptor sewer of the US$3 billion Inner Doha Resewerage Implementation Strategy (IDRIS) in Qatar. Linum Consult was engaged with a leading construction company to identify specific profiles with an expertise in the tunnelling sector. The primary objective of the candidate mapping was to make contact and communicate with specific candidates that were able to demonstrate proficiency across a multitude of skills and expertise directly related to TBM. The secondary objective was, through the candidate mapping survey, to facilitate future hires for the international main contractor

As a direct result of the candidate mapping survey, Linum Consult obtained 112 specific tunnelling candidates for our client’s future use across a range of specialisms. Project Manager, TBM Plant Manager, Tunnel Manager, PLC Electrician, TBM Superintendent & Operator
